Here's my shameless plug for the week:
A couple of weeks ago, I posted about my Stations Voice Management. It has worked wonderfully with my students. I sometimes hear them scolding their group members, "You are not at a 0 voice" or "Stop talking about that, we're supposed to be a 1" (Seriously, what is wrong with my class that they are so good?). I now find myself referring to it throughout the day, not just during our stations.

I've included numbers, which you can cut out, laminate, and hang on your board throughout the day so that students always know what their expectations are.
I love making posters colorful. However, since I don't have a color printer in my classroom, I usually like to create items in black and white and print them onto color cardstock. Enjoy!
